Kids Karate
Little Ninja's - Ages 4 1/2 - 7
Students develop important life skills such as discipline, balance, control, focus, memory, coordination, teamwork and stranger danger.
Junior Karate - Ages 8-12
Students begin active training, conditioning, and start learning a full repertoire of kicks, stances, and strikes.
Adult Karate
Ages 13 and up
You are never to old to begin karate! Karate is known for gaining discipline and self defense at any age.
You will gain better focus, flexibility, coordination, and much more!
There is no more important a motivator in life than to protect those you love...which should include YOU!
Birthday Parties
Ages 5 and up
The school is decorated with balloons. The first hour is floor and balloon games. The beginning of the second hour we gather all the friends for basic karate instruction lessons and Bushido board breaking lessons. Following the karate classs, the birthday child will be seated on a throne to open their presents. The final event of the party is when the honorary birthday black belt child cuts their cake with a REAL samurai sword!
